Ingredients
- 1 LUNTER Salad tofu Basil
- ½ red onion
- salt, pepper
- olive oil
- 6 sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- spring onion for garnish

Instructions

In a pan drizzled with olive oil, sauté the onion and add the chopped tofu for 2 minutes.

Transfer the sautéed onion and tofu to a blender, add the sun-dried tomatoes, season with salt and pepper, and finally add a tablespoon of Dijon mustard.
