Ingredients

  • 2 LUNTER Marinated tofu Sweet Chilli
  • leaf spinach
  • 150 g mushrooms
  • parsley
  • 2 seed rolls
  • 125 g Greek yogurt
  • lime juice
  • salt
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • tomato
  • pickled cucumber

Instructions

Cut the LUNTER Marinated tofu Sweet Chilli lengthwise into two pieces.

Clean the mushrooms and cut them into smaller pieces.

In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with lime juice, salt, and chopped parsley.

Preheat the grill and grill the tofu on both sides. In the same pan, sauté the chopped mushrooms.

Spread the yogurt dressing on the halved rolls, top with spinach leaves, grilled tofu, mushrooms, and add thinly sliced tomato and cucumber.
